[Meat Plate] Wagyu Beef Aitchbone Steak with special sauce (seasonal vegetables, wasabi, rock salt, pepper, yuzu pepper, Kinzanji miso, fried garlic, whole grain mustard)

[Soup dish] Mutsuno's special Hime pork miso soup (radish, carrot, burdock, taro, onion, konjac, Matsuyama age)

[Rice] Sea bream rice cooked in a clay pot (with green onions and Matsuyama fried food)

[Sweets] Homemade strawberry bavarois (fresh cream, strawberries)
