[Sashimi] Assortment of 3 kinds of chicken sashimi (onion, green onion, lemon, yuzu pepper, ginger, perilla leaf)

We used fresh Matsuyama chicken, harvested that day, to create this sashimi dish.

[Main Dish] Mutsu's Special Beef and Spring Vegetable Hot Pot (New Onions, Spring Cabbage, Green Onions)

This exquisite dish combines seasonal vegetables and the rich flavor of beef with a special broth, and is completed right in front of the customer.

[Special item] Beef tongue roast beef (grain pepper, lemon, wasabi)

This main dish is cooked slowly at a low temperature, carefully cooked to lock in the flavor.

[Soup] Mutsu's special Himebuta pork soup (radish, carrot, burdock root, taro, onion, konjac, Matsuyama fried tofu)

This is a special pork soup made with plenty of Ehime brand pork and locally grown vegetables.

[Rice Dish] Rice cooked in an earthenware pot with minced chicken (egg and green onions)

This is a new kind of two-color rice dish featuring homemade minced chicken and an egg cooked by the heat of a freshly cooked earthenware pot.

[Sweets] Homemade strawberry bavarois (fresh cream, strawberries)

This is a luxurious and exquisite item featuring strawberries in every way.

An all-you-can-drink option is available for an additional ¥2200.
